Where do you get the third set of armor, and how fire is that from Beetletun (or Lions Arch)? By third set, I mean higher armor- For example, for rangers you start with 40 but can then get 49... what's next? Thanks.

Probably next in line would be Venturi's Refuge. That is 2 or 3 missions after Lions Arch
